In the year 1946 , Shri
Chunilal A. Rathod had started a small manufacturing
unit of Oil Engine, Pillar Drills, Radial Drill Machines
& other machine tool in partnership with his brother.
In the year 1966, I and my father & my younger brothers
only Drill Machine manufacturing unit Unit Like Radial
& Pillar Type Machines
I and my brothers soon got the support to produce best
quality drill machines. All the machines which are needed
to manufacture good quality and faster production to enable
timely delivery are installed as when needed.
In the year 1986, I and my sons Sanjay
P. Rathod & Jignesh P. Rathod, Started
SATYA PRAKASH MACHINE TOOLS,
S.P. Brand Radial & Pillar Drill Machine Manufacturing
at all over India and many countries.
MISSION STATEMENT :
To produce and deliver best quality drills in time, at
reasonable prices. To give best after sales service to
all our esteem customers. To provide spare parts as and
when required, in ready stock to our esteem customers.
Constant improvements are encouraged in our factory from
time to time in our models keeping in mind the developments
of engineering field because of our experience since 1946
to till date to give the customer best reward of their
money.
OUR PRODUCTS MACHINES :

Rigid machine structures for vibration free machining.
- Machine
is reinforced by ribs, which ensure rigidity and
stability.

Column
bracket is made of octagonal shape which acts
like ribs giving more
rigidity.

Spindle
is supported at both ends by precision bearings
for radial load and
thrust load. Spindle, pulley & gears are balanced.

Drive to the spindle is through six splined sleeve.

The spindle housing is made from special steel
pipe of more thickness & heavy teeth.

All important parts ( i.e. spindle, pinion, etc)
are made from HN-8 Grind finish.
