MACHINE'S
DESIGN
- Base
Plate is prepared from Vibration free, and of hard
materials castings and inside ribs are moulded &
T. slots are also moulded. Surface is machined perfect
& face is grounded in level
- Metal
of the pillar is perfect and no vibration & it
is full in lapping oil and because of this reason
its accuracy and shining remains longer time.
- Table
is of heavy duty fixed and it is machined in tight
-angle & on fixture.
- Head's
design is prepared with intention to work accurate-job
and to help for full production.
- Special
spindle bearing arrangement for smooth drilling &
boring and it is completely balanced with gears and
pulley. Spindle is made of EN-8 Steel with 6 slots.
- RAM
is made of Hard Steel.
- Spindle
running is in 6 ball & taper roller bearing. All
parts are prepared with grind-finish.
- Gears
made of perfect materials. Helical gears for long-life
& lower-sound.
- AUTO
FEED RANGE is made of so effective which can be used
in drilling, boring & rimmering.
- Auto
feed gears, worm & worm gears made of special
material & their teethes are made heavy - loaded
& smooth running.
- Machine's
design is very simple and can be repaired easily.
- In
ordered to change the speed of the machine the cover
provided on the top are common to all machine and
can be change without difficulty. It also protect
the safety & cleaning easily.
